Start 'The Knuckle Plow' by watching this follow-along tutorial video.
The knuckle Plow is a scalp exercise in which the small knuckles present right above the fingernails are used. In this exercise, we use these small knuckles of both hands to break the fibrosis present in the scalp. Following this exercise, we place the knuckles of both hands on each side of the scalp and move them in a circular motion over the scalp such that the skin on the scalp moves over the skull bone, which in turn helps in breaking that tough tension and fibrosis, and helps the blood to flow more easily to the scalp. A good supply of blood to the scalp ensures the supply of nutrients to the hair roots, which promotes hair regrowth. You should now watch the tutorial video. This video is a follow-along exercise tutorial. To get the maximum results out of this exercise, you just need to follow all the exercises that I mentioned in this program in the sequence or order that has been displayed.
Why the Sequence Matters
This sequence has been carefully designed to give you the best possible results for hair re-growth.
It’s very important that you follow the exercises in the exact order given, because each step builds on the previous one.
Skipping around or changing the order may reduce the effectiveness.
Following it properly will maximize your results.
Think of it like a chain—when every link is in the right place, the chain is strong. But if even one link is out of order, the strength is lost.
These exercises are arranged to:
- Make your scalp more flexible
- Increase blood flow to the scalp
