Before you jump to the exercises, it’s important that you understand exactly which parts of your scalp and hands will be involved.
Think of this page as your quick guide - read it carefully, so you know what to do when you follow along, with the hair regrowth exercises and tutorial videos.

Parts Of The Scalp Used In Videos
Temples - the areas just above your ears, right where your eyebrows end.Frontal-scalp area - the center section of your forehead where your hairline begins.
Mid-scalp area - the section right behind the frontal area, covering the middle part of your scalp.
Crown - the spot with your hair whirl, just behind the top of your head. This is usually where men first notice thinning or a shiny patch.
Back of the head - the area just below the crown.
Parts of the Hands & Palms Used In Videos
Heel of the palm - the thick, fleshy part of your palm just above your wristMount of the palm - the padded area at the base of your fingers, where they begin.
Fingertips - the soft, rounded tips of your fingers. These will be used in many of the exercises.
Knuckles - the small joints right below your finger-nails. These will come into play in one of the exercises.

This sequence of exercises for video tutorials, given below, has been carefully designed to give you the best possible results for hair regrowth.
It’s very important that you follow the exercises in the exact order displayed, because each step builds on the previous one.
Skipping around or changing the order may reduce the effectiveness.
Following it properly will maximize your results.
Think of it like a chain - when every link is in the right place, the chain is strong. But if even one link is out of order, the strength is lost.

- Start with Day 1 on your first day.
- Complete all three exercises in order.
- Move to Day 2 the next day, and so on.
- Once you complete Day 7, simply cycle back to Day 1 and repeat the process.
Think of it as a loop - steady, consistent practice is what brings visible results.
