Fingers Sweep

Start 'Fingers Sweep' by watching this follow-along tutorial video.

Fingers Sweep is a scalp exercise in which we use the fingertips of both our hands. In this exercise, we slide the fingertips of both our hands from the sides to the middle of the scalp. This exercise is done on different sections of the scalp. Our goal here is to make the blood flow easily. Once the blood starts flowing smoothly, hair roots will start getting the nutrients that they need to grow back healthier. Watch and follow this video tutorial. Follow the sequence of the exercises mentioned in the program for better results.

Why the Sequence Matters

This sequence has been carefully designed to give you the best possible results for hair re-growth.
It’s very important that you follow the exercises in the exact order given, because each step builds on the previous one.

Skipping around or changing the order may reduce the effectiveness.
Following it properly will maximize your results.

Think of it like a chain—when every link is in the right place, the chain is strong. But if even one link is out of order, the strength is lost.

These exercises are arranged to:

  • Make your scalp more flexible
  • Increase blood flow to the scalp

      How to Follow the Routine

      • Start with Day 1 on your first day.
      • Complete all three exercises in order.
      • Move to Day 2 the next day, and so on.
      • Once you complete Day 7, simply cycle back to Day 1 and repeat the process.

Think of it as a loop—steady, consistent practice is what brings visible results.
