Scalp Squeeze Massage

Start 'Scalp Squeeze Massage' by watching this follow-along tutorial video.

Scalp Squeeze Massage is a scalp exercise in which we use the palms of both our hands. In this exercise, we place both our palms on the scalp on each side. We then apply pressure over the scalp, such that we try to move the skin over the scalp to bunch up. The pressure from the palms is applied to move towards each other. We make sure that the pressure is applied to move the scalp skin over the skull, and not for the hands to slide. Fibrosis present in the scalp starts to break down after the continuous usage of this exercise, which helps the blood to flow more easily to the scalp. A good supply of blood to the scalp ensures the supply of nutrients to the hair roots and promotes hair regrowth. You should now watch the tutorial video. This video is a follow-along exercise tutorial. For maximum benefits, follow the sequence or order in which these exercises are designed.

Why the Sequence Matters

This sequence has been carefully designed to give you the best possible results for hair re-growth.
It’s very important that you follow the exercises in the exact order given, because each step builds on the previous one.

Skipping around or changing the order may reduce the effectiveness.
Following it properly will maximize your results.

Think of it like a chain—when every link is in the right place, the chain is strong. But if even one link is out of order, the strength is lost.

These exercises are arranged to:

  • Make your scalp more flexible
  • Increase blood flow to the scalp

      How to Follow the Routine

      • Start with Day 1 on your first day.
      • Complete all three exercises in order.
      • Move to Day 2 the next day, and so on.
      • Once you complete Day 7, simply cycle back to Day 1 and repeat the process.

Think of it as a loop—steady, consistent practice is what brings visible results.
