Palm Scalp Glide is a scalp exercise in which we use the palms of both our hands. In this exercise, we place the palms of both hands on the scalp and try to move them in a circular motion. Our goal is to move the skin of the scalp over the skull bone, and not to just slide our palms over the scalp. This exercise helps to break the fibrosis and release any tension on the scalp, which in turn promotes blood flow to the scalp. Blood carries the nutrients to the hair roots and helps in hair regrowth. Watch and follow the complete video to practice this exercise. To get maximum benefits from this program, make sure to follow the sequence of the exercises in which they are designed.

    How to Follow the Routine

    • Start with Day 1 on your first day.
    • Complete all three exercises in order.
    • Move to Day 2 the next day, and so on.
    • Once you complete Day 7, simply cycle back to Day 1 and repeat the process.

      Think of it as a loop—steady, consistent practice is what brings visible results.
