Gentle Gravity Flow is a scalp nourishment exercise in which we try to gently make the blood flow to the scalp. This flow of blood to the scalp is made possible with the help of gravity. We use certain positions that help the blood to flow to the scalp. When blood reaches the scalp, it delivers vital nutrients to the hair roots, which promotes hair regrowth and makes the hair follicles healthier. Watch this video to practice this exercise.
