Start 'De-Stiffening Pinches' by watching this follow-along tutorial video.
De-Stiffening Pinches: a type of scalp exercise in which we use the fingertips of both our hands. In this exercise, we try to grip a certain portion of the scalp skin, pinching it in a way that it bunches up. We do this to break the stored fibrosis in these areas. Once the fibrosis in these areas is cleared, blood will start flowing easily. A good flow of blood to these areas will ensure that the hair roots are getting enough nutrients to grow back. Watch this complete video to learn and perform this exercise. To get maximum benefits out of this program, make sure you follow the sequence and order of the exercises that are displayed.
Why the Sequence Matters
This sequence has been carefully designed to give you the best possible results for hair re-growth.
It’s very important that you follow the exercises in the exact order given, because each step builds on the previous one.
Skipping around or changing the order may reduce the effectiveness.
Following it properly will maximize your results.
Think of it like a chain—when every link is in the right place, the chain is strong. But if even one link is out of order, the strength is lost.
These exercises are arranged to:
- Make your scalp more flexible
- Increase blood flow to the scalp
