Start 'Neck & Shoulder Melt' by watching this follow-along tutorial video.
Neck & Shoulder Melt is an amazing exercise to break the stiffness in our neck and shoulders. This exercise is made up of two parts. In the first part, we work on our neck, and in the second part, we work on our shoulders. We try to make gentle movements in this exercise to ensure safety and relax the tension stored in these parts. Once these parts become relaxed, blood moves more easily to the scalp. When the flow of blood to the hair roots becomes smooth, hair follicles get all the nutrients they need to regrow, which further helps in hair regrowth.
Watch and follow the complete tutorial video, and make sure to follow the sequence of the exercises for maximum benefits.
Why the Sequence Matters
This sequence has been carefully designed to give you the best possible results for hair re-growth.
It’s very important that you follow the exercises in the exact order given, because each step builds on the previous one.
Skipping around or changing the order may reduce the effectiveness.
Following it properly will maximize your results.
Think of it like a chain—when every link is in the right place, the chain is strong. But if even one link is out of order, the strength is lost.
These exercises are arranged to:
- Make your scalp more flexible
- Increase blood flow to the scalp
